The community of St Bernard's Parish Primary School is seeking a Grade 3 Classroom Teacher to commence in Term 2 2026 (start date to be negotiated).

  • have a sound knowledge of current best practice and the Victorian Curriculum
  • have the capacity to make adjustments for a diverse range of learning needs
  • able to work as part of teams
  • able to build and maintain ongoing positive relationships with colleagues, parents and children
  • committed to ongoing learning and professional development
  • prepared to be active in our school community

 

Special Requirements
 

The successful applicant should:

  • be committed to child safety, to maintaining best practices to ensure this and to ongoing evaluation of these practices
  • be committed to adhere to St Bernard's Parish Child Safety Policy and Code of Conduct and other policies relevant to Ministerial Order 1359
  • hold a current VIT registration
  • Religious Education Accreditation (or evidence of working towards this) would be considered an advantage
