<p><strong>PRINCIPAL ROLE</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a passionate and visionary <strong>Principal</strong> to lead St Joseph’s Parish School, Condobolin - a well-established and thriving K–6 school community. As Principal you will provide strong Catholic leadership, foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture, and lead high quality teaching and learning that supports every student to thrive. </p>

<p><strong>COMMENCEMENT</strong></p>
<p>The position is available from Term 3 2026, with commencement during Term 3 or Term 4 2026 preferred. A later start may be considered by negotiation with the successful applicant.</p>

<p><strong>RENUMERATION:</strong></p>
<p>The following package is provided:</p>

<li><strong>Current Annual salary: Foundation Level $191,784 p.a. - Accomplished Level $201,879 p.a</strong> - <strong>plus superannuation</strong> </li>
<li>Reimbursement of travel costs and accommodation for on-site visit and/or interview.</li>
