<p>We are seeking a passionate and innovative Serbian Teacher to join our Secondary School team on a fixed term basis. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering a rigorous academic program and fostering a culture of high achievement..</p>
<p><strong>Success Criteria:</strong></p>
<p>The successful applicant will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver engaging and differentiated Serbian language lessons aligned to the NSW curriculum</li>
<li>Develop and implement high-quality teaching and learning programs</li>
<li>Assess, monitor and report on student progress in accordance with College policy</li>
<li>Foster a positive, inclusive and respectful classroom environment</li>
<li>Contribute to faculty planning, curriculum development and co-curricular activities</li>
<li>Uphold the College’s child protection, wellbeing and WHS obligations</li>
<li>Immerse themselves in the culture and program of the College which may extend beyond the school day, for instance on a small number of Saturdays for Sport </li>
<li>Undertake other duties as required by the Head of College or her delegate</li>

<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>

<li>Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team environment.</li>
<li>Willingness to support the Orthodox ethos and values of the College</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The successful applicant will be required to hold:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A relevant tertiary qualification.</li>
<li>A current and valid work rights in Australia.</li>
<li>A current and valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) </li>
<li>eTAMS teacher accreditation </li>
<li>Demonstrated experience teaching Serbian at secondary level</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the NSW curriculum and assessment requirements</li>
