<p>Regents Park Christian School is a Christ-centred learning community based on biblical principles. The school is co-educational from Years K to 12. The vision of the school is to support families in educating their children from a Christian perspective.<br><br>

<p>Regents Park Christian School offers extensive professional learning opportunities for staff within a supportive and collaborative environment. This includes instructional coaching and external PD opportunities specific to each staff member’s needs. Highly relational staff members foster a positive workplace environment where wellbeing and support is prioritised and modelled across all departments, under the leadership of a committed and engaged Executive Team.</p>

We are currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Dean of Stage 5 to commence Term 2, Week 5, 2026. </p>
<p><strong>SELECTION CRITERIA </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Quality teaching and learning practices </li>
<li>Skills and experience in Student Wellbeing as a Year Adviser or Coordinator</li>
<li>High level communication and organisational skills including documenting student matters</li>
<li>Understanding of current wellbeing trends and challenges facing adolescents</li>
<li>High level interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with families.</li>
<li>Experience working alongside Diverse Learning Team and supporting students who are gifted and talented as well those with learning and physical disabilities.</li>
<li>Experience in discipline matters and complex conversations </li>
<li>Experience in supporting the wholistic wellbeing of students (social, emotional, physical, spiritual and academic)</li>

<p><strong>ESSENTIAL</strong>: <strong>Applicants must be a committed Christian and able to obtain a written reference from their current Protestant church minister.</strong></p>
<p><strong>A valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) must be provided.</strong></p>
