Physical Education Teacher

<p><strong>This is a permanent and full time position starting on&nbsp;1 August 2026.</strong><br> &nbsp;</p> <p>As a Secondary Teacher, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Teach EPS in French to Secondary school students (Years 6 to 12)</li> <li>Prepare students for examinations</li> <li>Teach within the framework of the fundamental principles of the French and Australian educational systems with high standards expected</li> <li>Embrace the French-Australian work culture of our School</li> <li>An ability to teach across different subject areas would be an advantage</li> <li>The selected candidate will be in charge of the tennis elite squad students<br> &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>What we offer:<br> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Parking and canteen available on site</li> <li>Discount on tuition fees if your child is enrolled at the Lycée&nbsp;</li> <li>Access to a wide range of local and international vocational training opportunities</li> <li> <p>Remuneration as per the Independent Schools NSW/ACT industrial agreement (Annual full time base between a minimum of $94 155 AUD and a maximum of $133 009 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience)</p> <p><br> About the ideal candidate:</p></li> <li>Bachelor's degree + Master's degree in education + competitive examination (CAPES/Agrégation), subject to assessment by Australian agencies</li> <li>Minimum of 4 years' full-time experience</li> <li>Previous experience in the French Education system, in collège and lycée</li> <li>Native speaker French plus English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS overall band score of at least 5.0, with no component below 4.5</li> <li>Knowledge of the AEFE network and the French education system abroad</li> <li>Ability to teach across subject areas is highly regarded</li> </ul>
