About the Role
The Science Laboratory Assistant is a key member of the school’s support team, responsible for preparing practical materials, maintaining laboratory equipment, managing the chemical register, and ensuring safe and efficient operation of all science learning spaces. By organising resources, setting up and packing down practical activities, and completing essential administrative tasks, the Assistant provides direct support to teachers, enabling them to focus on high‑quality instruction while ensuring students have access to well‑prepared, safe, and engaging practical learning experiences.

Qualifications
- NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) registration
- Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques
