Regents Park Christian School is a Christ-centred learning community based on biblical principles. The school is co-educational from Years K to 12. The vision of the school is to support families in educating their children from a Christian perspective.

 

Regents Park Christian School offers extensive professional learning opportunities for staff within a supportive and collaborative environment. This includes instructional coaching and external PD opportunities specific to each staff member’s needs. Highly relational staff members foster a positive workplace environment where wellbeing and support is prioritised and modelled across all departments, under the leadership of a committed and engaged Executive Team.

We are currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Dean of Stage 5 to commence Term 2, Week 5, 2026.

SELECTION CRITERIA

·       Quality teaching and learning practices

·       Skills and experience in Student Wellbeing as a Year Adviser or Coordinator

·       High level communication and organisational skills including documenting student matters

·       Understanding of current wellbeing trends and challenges facing adolescents

·       High level interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with families.

·       Experience working alongside Diverse Learning Team and supporting students who are gifted and talented as well those with learning and physical disabilities.

·       Experience in discipline matters and complex conversations

·       Experience in supporting the wholistic wellbeing of students (social, emotional, physical, spiritual and academic)

ESSENTIAL:

Applicants must be a committed Christian and able to obtain a written reference from their current Protestant church minister.

A valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) must be provided.
