About the Role

As a Casual Teacher at SMSM College, you will play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning while fostering a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.

Successful applicants will:

*Demonstrate a commitment to the Christian ethos and Coptic Orthodox values of the College.
*Deliver engaging and purposeful lessons in line with provided programs.
*Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
*Effectively manage classroom routines and student behaviour.

Essential Requirements

*Recognised teaching qualification
*Current NESA accreditation (or eligibility)
*Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
*Strong communication and classroom management skills
*Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to contribute to school life
