We are currently seeking a Learning Enrichment Teacher to join our team at Shore in a permanent part-time (0.6 FTE) position commencing mid-May 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate educator to support students with diverse learning needs within a collaborative and professional school environment. In this role, you will work closely with the Learning Enrichment team and classroom teachers to provide targeted support and help ensure all students are able to access the curriculum and achieve their potential.

About the role

Learning Enrichment Teachers play an important role in supporting students with diverse learning needs and promoting inclusive education practices across the School. You will:

  • Provide targeted learning support for students through small group and individual instruction
  • Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to support differentiated teaching strategies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Learning Plans and adjustments for students
  • Monitor student progress and contribute to documentation and reporting processes
  • Support the identification of students requiring additional learning support
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff and families
  • Contribute to an inclusive, supportive and engaging learning environment

About You

You are an engaging, collaborative, and passionate teacher who thrives on helping students discover the joy of learning.

You will have:

  • NESA approved teaching qualifications and accreditation
  • A current NSW Working With Children Check
  • A qualification in Special Education/Inclusion (or working towards)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting primary-aged students with diverse learning needs
  • Knowledge of inclusive teaching practices and differentiated instruction
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive, flexible and student-centred approach
