Woogaroo Creek State School (WCSS) is seeking passionate and collaborative teachers to join our inclusion team as our school continues to grow. Now entering its third year of operation, WCSS is a modern, purpose-built primary school with exceptional facilities, located in the fastest growing LGA in the state.

Current Opportunities:

  • Early Years Inclusion Teacher, Prep-Year 2 (Permanent, Full-time)
  • Inclusion Teacher, Prep-Year 6 (Permanent, Part-time, 0.6 FTE)

Both roles will work closely with classroom teachers through a co-teaching model, supporting inclusive classroom practice and ensuring every student can access and succeed in the Australian Curriculum.

At WCSS, inclusion is not an add-on. It is part of how we teach every day. These roles will partner with teachers to design and deliver high quality learning experiences, differentiate instruction, and strengthen inclusive practices across the school. You will work alongside a supportive leadership team and enthusiastic staff who are committed to building strong foundations for students and for the school community.

As a relatively new school, WCSS offers the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of inclusive practices and systems while working in bright, contemporary learning spaces designed for collaboration and flexible learning.

Located in the rapidly growing corridor between Springfield and Ripley, WCSS is within convenient commuting distance, approximately 20-30 minutes from the centre of Ipswich and 35-60 minutes from Brisbane City, making it an attractive option for teachers seeking the energy of a new school community while remaining connected to major centres.

We are looking for teachers who

  • Are passionate about inclusive education and improving outcomes for all learners
    • Enjoy working collaboratively through co-teaching and team planning
    • Can support teachers to differentiate learning and implement inclusive strategies
    • Value strong relationships with students, families and colleagues

If you are excited by the opportunity to help shape the culture and practices of a growing school while making a meaningful difference for students, we would love to hear from you.
