Queensland Pathways State College provides a supportive senior transitions program for students in Years 10-12 who benefit from flexible, individualised pathways toward education, training, and employment. This role involves teaching Essential English, Essential Mathematics, Health and Physical Education, and Arts in Practice, supporting engagement through practical, student-centred learning. Located in Kallangur, the college offers a highly supportive environment focused on wellbeing and successful post-school outcomes.

The successful applicant will be approachable, student-centred, and skilled in building strong relationships and rapport with young people. The campus is small and highly collegial, with staff intentionally collaborating each day to reflect on student progress, adjustments, and effective ways of working. This role offers greater professional flexibility, smaller student numbers, and a high level of job satisfaction, as reflected in positive School Opinion Survey results.
