Kilcoy SS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate teacher who brings curiosity, kindness, and an unconditional positive regard for all students, along with a strong commitment to teamwork. The ideal candidate will have experience in Early Childhood (Pโ€“2), with the ability to establish strong routines, implement effective behaviour management practices, and demonstrate a sound understanding of trauma-aware approaches. Training in CPS (Collaborative & Proactive Solutions by Dr Ross Greene), PBL, and Sounds-Write phonics is highly regarded.
