We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Officer (AAEP A02) to join our Inclusion Team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). This role supports the effective administration of inclusion processes across the school, with a strong focus on student wellbeing, accurate record keeping, and compliance with NDIS requirements. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable. This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.4FTE), 29 hours per fortnight.

About the Role

As an Administrative Officer (AAEP A02), you will provide efficient administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager within school procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Inclusion Team and Head of Inclusion to promote student wellbeing and belonging
  • Maintaining accurate student records in OneSchool and other systems
  • Managing NDIS documentation and compliance requirements
  • Providing data entry, record keeping, and general admin support
  • Using Microsoft Excel and other administrative tools confidently
  • Assisting with routine problem-solving and escalating complex issues when needed

This role suits someone with strong organisational skills, a passion for inclusion, and experience in school-based or similar administrative support
