Step into a key leadership role at Redlynch State College as Deputy Principal for a temporary period from May to September 2026.

Lead teaching and learning, support staff capability, and help drive whole-school improvement across a large and dynamic P-12 environment.

This short-term opportunity is ideal for an experienced leader ready to strengthen student outcomes, contribute to strategic planning, and provide confident day-to-day leadership within a collaborative college community.

This is a temporary full-time position to commence from May 2026 until 18 September 2026, unless otherwise determined.

About the Role

Working collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies, you will oversee counselling, wellbeing, intervention and support services, ensuring every student can access learning and thrive. This is an exciting opportunity to influence whole-college outcomes while growing your leadership capability in a dynamic and supportive environment.
