St Eugene College is a Catholic co-educational Prep-12 school located in Burpengary, with an enrolment of over 1500 students and a staff of approximately 150.   • building the religious life of the school and a vibrant Catholic identity within the school community;
  • growing the engagement, progress, achievement and wellbeing of each student in the school; and
  • building a sustainable school community, ensuring stewardship of resources with transparency, accountability and compliance

About you

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:

  • Experience as an Assistant Principal, Assistant Principal Religious Education, Deputy Principal, Head of Campus or Principal, or a senior role providing support and leadership to Catholic schools, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in teaching, and leading the teaching of, religious education.

 

Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
  • Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)
  • For this position you are required to be Catholic (or a faith partner of one of our ecumenical schools).

  • Extensive experience in educational leadership, including a strong track record of implementing innovative teaching practices, curriculum development, and improving student outcomes in accordance with AITSL standards.
