Step Into Your Next Chapter:
- Prepare and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Receive and receipt payments through the school payment window
- Process refunds and credit adjustments in accordance with departmental procedures
- Monitor and manage aged debtors, including debt collection and follow-up activities
- Liaise with parents and caregivers regarding outstanding accounts and negotiate payment plans where required
- Issue student statements and dunning letters
- Maintain and manage asset loan registers for students and staff, including laptop hire records
- Administer and support online payment systems including Qkr! and QParents
- Coordinate financial aspects of school excursions
- Finalise and reconcile daily banking processes
- Manage annual Student Resource Scheme (SRS) information and maintain accurate records
- Complete end-of-term financial checklists and reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable filing systems
- Respond to phone enquiries and provide high-quality customer service
- Admin support to the Finance Officer and Business Manager
- Support the front office by assisting with overflow phone calls as required
