Who We Are: 

Spinifex State College - Mount Isa opened in 2003 after community consultation determined that the two previous state high schools - Mount Isa State High School and Kalkadoon State High School - should merge.

Spinifex State College - Mount Isa is a three campus educational facility. Commencing 2015 junior campus will cater to years 7-9, senior campus years 10-12 and the boarding campus.
