We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with leaders to find and hire great people. <br><br>
This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role where you’ll manage multiple vacancies, partner with stakeholders, and deliver a seamless candidate and onboarding experience. You’ll play a key role in shaping the workforce that supports our College community. <br><br>

<li>Own and coordinate end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio. </li>
<li>Partner with leaders to attract and secure high-quality talent. </li>
<li>Manage job ads, candidate communication and interview coordination. </li>
<li>Prepare contracts and support employment lifecycle processes. </li>
<li>Facilitate onboarding to ensure a smooth and professional start. </li>
<li>Support probation processes and key employee lifecycle milestones. </li>
</ul>

<li>Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR administration. </li>
<li>Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. </li>

<p>All Teachers in Queensland must be registered to teach with the QCT.
