This is a fixed term, full-time position commencing ASAP up until April 2027 with possible extension

Program Kaartdijin (the Program) has been established to develop a functionally fit, technologically robust solution to replace the current School Information System (SIS) and include additional information capture and reportability. The Program focuses on providing short term solutions as well as a longer-term solution that meets the operational needs of schools and the reporting and management needs of the Department at large. The Role

The Principal Project Officer implements, coordinates and evaluates strategies to manage program and project workstream interdependencies of Program Kaartdijin, including project management standards, project reporting and risk management strategies. They identify and analyse complex program problems and develop effective recommendations and solutions to support the Program Management Office (PMO).

If successful, you will undertake research to ensure program strategies, documentation and PMO processes comply with relevant governance requirements and operational needs.

Additionally, you will develop, facilitate and implement quality assurance practices and utilise highly developed written communication skills to support the programs governance reporting responsibilities to strengthen the consistency and effectiveness of program delivery.
