The Opportunity

Reporting to the Property Manager, you will act as a trusted second-in-charge, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the College’s facilities. You will play a critical role in maintaining safe, functional, and high-quality environments for staff, students, and the wider community. Your leadership and team support will  foster a positive and collaborative culture

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance works, ensuring timely and high-quality completion
  • Monitor team performance and report on operational outcomes
  • Manage contractor engagement, including site access, inductions, and compliance requirements
  • Review Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and permits to maintain safety standards
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support sporting and community use of facilities
  • Provide leadership and support to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture
