These positions are being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity with hours to be between 12 - 30 hours per fortnight.

About the Role
As a member of the school support team, you will assist teachers in delivering a caring and supportive learning environment for students with diverse needs. This includes supporting individuals and small groups, preparing classroom resources, and assisting with student learning and wellbeing. The role also involves supervising students, supporting individual learning and behaviour plans, and assisting with health and personal care needs as required. Strong communication, teamwork, and a genuine interest in supporting diverse learners are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting teachers and students with sporting activities and with school excursions.
- Assisting with the management and stocktaking of equipment and resources.
- Communicating effectively and displaying high level of interpersonal skills to function as an effective team member.
- Maintaining anecdotal records on students for use in reviewing student's development.
- Displaying respect and empathy for students with high level needs.
- Displaying confidentiality, tact, reliability and sensitively to students and their families.
- The compiling and supervising of class rolls.
